Dentistry changes almost on a daily basis, there are new technologies, new materials, new research, and new discoveries. I frequently take continuing education classes and trainings where I can learn and advance my knowledge continuously. Over the years, I have been trained and Certified in Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Implants, Root canals, TMJ disorders, Sleep Apnea and many more procedures that I treat on a daily basis. As part of staying on the cutting edge I have invested in new technologies and Equipment to help me deliver the best possible care to my Patients.

As a convenience and benefit to our patients I have invested in a CBCT machine in the office that can help us visualize structures in 3 dimension (vs the traditional x-ray that can only see in 2 dimensions). We have a 3D printer that we can use to make surgical guides/models that help us place more precise implants and plan surgical procedures before even starting. We Use Optical Itero Scanner to take more precise and more comfortable dental “impression” instead of the traditional putty mix.

By investing in a dental Milling Machine we can now deliver Crowns on the same day of the preparation, in a single visit. This way patients don’t have to have a temporary crown for 2 weeks after the appointment and get additional anesthetic when they return. It’s both efficient, more precise and more comfortable.

In the stressful world that we live in, more and more people are grinding and or clenching their teeth, which damages the teeth by fracturing them, breaks down bone, and for some, it even causes headaches and muscle pain. With additional Certification Education, I have learned that we can use Night guards, and in some cases, use Botulinum Toxin to relax the muscles and help specific trigger points. This way the intensity of the parafunction is reduced, increasing the quality of life for many patients.

We also can make dental appliances that help with snoring, and more importantly Sleep Apnea, which research has shown to be linked with heart disease, Alzheimer’s, etc.

Dentistry is an evolving profession, and as new advancements are discovered, I will incorporate them to provide the maximum benefit to my patients. I have been blessed with an amazing staff, where some have been working with me for almost 20 years and together we are dedicated to our profession and work very hard to provide the best care possible. During your visit I might try a “Dad” joke or two to lighten up the mood.
